Metanoia has a dedicated team of full- and part-time staff. Many of our staff leaders, including our CEO and COO, live in the communities we serve, giving them first-hand experience as residents. In turn, we are better able to create programs that citizens living in our community have a true voice in designing and sustaining. Our staff further reflects a sense of commitment to Metanoia’s mission as more than half of our staff has worked at Metanoia for five or more years.
